Our custom website project begins with in-depth research. We will look into your market and competitors. This will allow us to plan a proper SEO strategy to position your brand to stand out. This SEO strategy will help structure your site to convert visitors into customers.
Responsive Design
We will optimize your website design to be fully responsive for desktop and mobile devices. This fully customized plan includes your Home Page, About Page, Services and Contact Page, built to your brand standards. We will also include ADA plugins and Cookie Consent Banners. If you have Privacy Policies and Terms & Conditions, we will build these pages at no additional cost.
On-Page SEO
Our research and strategy sets us up to build your website with proper keywords, headings and on-page optimization. Keywords will be properly used on pages, titles and image descriptions. Images will be optimized and condensed to help with page speed and we will integrate your website with Google Search Console so you are able to track your website’s traffic and performance.
Email Integration
We will integrate your existing email platform into your website. This includes any sign-up form or pop-up form if desired. Full email management and advertisement plans are available with additional Support & Strategy Plans.
Support & Website Hand-Off
We will include a website manual and support call after website launch to give you and your team the confidence to maintain your website. Not feeling ready to maintain your own website? We offer on-going maintenance with our Support & Strategy plans.

Additional website pages start at $1000 per page. Blog setup and integration starts at an additional $2000. E-commerce build and integration starts at an additional $2500.

Your Support & Maintenance Plan includes up to 2 rounds of website changes each month. Additional rounds of changes can be purchased starting at $100/each.

It is important to protect your website from any potential vulnerabilities by making sure all elements are up to date. We take the stress out of this with constant monitoring, ensuring all plug-ins and apps remain up to date.
Add On - Organic SEO Plans
If you are looking for comprehensive SEO work added to your Support & Maintenance Plan, we have you covered! This includes continuous keyword research and implementation on your pages to help your site appear in search consistently to give you a leg up on your competitors! SEO plans start at an additional $1000/month.
Add On - Paid Search Campaigns
Get in front of potential customers immediately by partnering with us for your Paid Search Campaigns. We will research relevant keywords to get you found in search and drive customers to your website. Campaigns start at $1000 + cost of ads.

This is an in-depth consultation that leverages our strategic analysis to look at your website and digital footprint.
Through our analysis, we will look for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your digital image.
After analysis, we will put together a presentation and review it with you in a 60 minute call.

Analysis
We will perform an analysis of your current website, social media and any other digital assets you have. This analysis will include a look at your current website’s structure and build to look for opportunities for improvement in both website build and on-page SEO.
Our analysis will also look at any other digital channels you use, such as social media and paid advertisements.
Strategy Review
After performing our analysis, we will provide a 60 minute strategy review to go over our findings. We will discuss your business goals and what you would like to see from your website and digital footprint.
Recommendations
We will put together a guide for you with our final recommendations to give you a head start towards improving your website and digital presence.
