Parker’s on Fall Bar and Grill has been a popular destination for locals in Seneca Falls, NY. They were highly rated and recommended online, but their website was not built to properly inform their customers.
Additionally, they needed systems in place to allow online orders, reservations and gift card purchases.
Developing Parker's Online Presence
James, owner of Parker’s on Fall Bar and Grill, worked relentlessly to build his restaurant’s reputation in his town. James knew that in order to meet his customer’s needs, he needed a website the reflected his business inside.
After listening to James’ pain points and obstacles to growth, we formulated a strategy to increase Parker’s on Fall’s visibility.
An Online Menu
An easy win for Parker’s on Fall’s website was developing dedicated page for their restaurant menu and catering menu.
This strategy allowed customers to easily search and access their current menu and pricing, a feature that was not previously available.
By integrating their menu to their updated website, this also allowed a seamless integration with their online ordering system, helping to drive sales.
Showcasing Catering Services
Parker’s on Fall also offers catering services for customers. With their prior website, there were not easy to find call outs to direct customers to place orders. Additionally, the only way to place orders was by calling the restaurant directly, causing a bottleneck with labor.
Our new system provided a simple to use order form that is sent directly to James to process. In addition to creating an easier interface for customers, this new ordering system also saved time for Parker’s.
